摘 要:事故门系统相关的控制设备、供电系统、检测设备以及各传感器的稳定性决定了大型事故门的运行安全、设备安全、人员安全,也显著影响各项经济指标,因此采用冗余技术强化各关键环节对软硬件设备的稳定、高效运行至关重要。针对串并联混合系统,构建了基于冗余技术的通用可靠性评估模型;结合某大型事故门对构建的通用可靠性评估模型进行实例化重构,调整冗余量参数量化评估该事故门运行的可靠性状况,分析冗余技术应用过程中存在的问题,并给出改进的思路和优化方案。The stability of the control equipment,power supply system,detection equipment,and various sensors related to the accident door system determines the safe operation,equipment safety,personnel safety,and various economic indicators of large-scale accident doors.It is crucial to use redundancy technology to strengthen the stable and efficient operation of software and hardware equipment in key links.This paper studied and constructed a universal reliability evaluation model based on redundancy technology for series-parallel hybrid system.A universal reliability evaluation model was instantiated and reconstructed based on a large accident door pair,and the redundancy parameters were adjusted to quantitatively evaluate the reliability of the operation of the accident door.The problems in the application of redundancy technology were analyzed,and improvement ideas and optimization plans were proposed.
