摘 要:为了实现氢气分离提纯,开展了多孔载体负载Pd膜的研究。多孔载体负载Pd膜因其可以有效节约成本和提高氢渗透性能而备受关注,多孔陶瓷孔隙率高、孔径分布在纳米尺度,是理想的Pd膜负载体,但多孔陶瓷易出现局部缺陷,降低Pd膜的氢氮选择性。针对上述问题,采用浆料浸渍-提拉-烧结的方法对多孔氧化铝(传统)基体进行修饰,以克服基体缺陷提高Pd膜的氢氮选择性能。结果表明:传统基体经修饰后再镀Pd膜的氢氮选择性得到了大幅度提升。在773 K、0.1 MPa时,Pd膜的氢氮分离系数高达14000,远优于基体修饰前Pd膜(氢氮分离系数1000)的氢氮选择性能。To achieve the separation and purification of hydrogen,the porous carrier-supported Pd membrane was studied in this paper.Porous carrier-supported Pd membrane has attracted much attention because it can effectively save cost and improve hydrogen permeability.Porous ceramic is an ideal negative carrier for Pd membrane because of its high porosity and pore size distribution in nanometer scale,however,porous ceramic is prone to local defects,which reduces the hydrogen and nitrogen selectivity of Pd membrane.To solve the above problems,the porous alumina(traditional)matrix was modified by slurry impregnation-drawing-sintering method to overcome the matrix defects and improve the hydrogen and nitrogen selectivity of Pd membrane.Results show that the hydrogen and nitrogen selectivity of traditional substrate modified and then plated with Pd film is significantly improved.At 773 K and 0.1 MPa,the hydrogen and nitrogen separation coefficient of Pd membrane is as high as 14000,which is much better than that of Pd membrane before matrix modification(hydrogen and nitrogen separation coefficient 1000).
