摘 要:以张靖皋长江大桥索塔为例,针对混凝土首料离析、振捣必要性及导管底口是否埋入混凝土等疑难点,进行试验分析。通过混凝土首料优化试验研究,验证了料斗存料浇筑方式可有效解决混凝土首料离析的问题,下行后混凝土骨料含量波动幅度降低7.2%;通过自密实混凝土振捣参数试验研究,得到了合理的自密实混凝土振捣技术参数,振捣时间宜控制在10s以内;通过振捣与埋管对比试验,验证了振捣对环板下方混凝土的密实度影响不大,不振捣的自密实混凝土可有效填充整个钢管,同时明确了导管底口不埋管的浇筑方式对混凝土的浇筑质量更有利,混凝土质量更易控制。Taking the cable tower of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge as an example,the test analysis is carried out for the difficult points such as the segregation of concrete first material,the necessity of vibration and whether the bottom of the duct is buried in concrete.Through the experimental study on the optimization of concrete first material,it is verified that the pouring method of hopper storage can effectively solve the problem of segregation of concrete first material,and the fluctuation range of concrete aggregate content is reduced by 7.2%after descending.Through the experimental study on the vibration parameters of self-compacting concrete,the reasonable vibration technical parameters of self-compacting concrete are obtained,and the vibration time should be controlled within 10s.Through the comparison test of vibration and buried pipe,it is verified that the vibration has little effect on the compactness of concrete under the ring plate,and the non-vibrated self-compacting concrete can effectively fill the whole steel pipe.At the same time,it is clear that the pouring method of the pipe bottom without buried pipe is more favorable to the pouring quality of concrete,and the concrete quality is easier to control.
