低气压大高差环境混凝土溜管运输试验研究

摘  要:溜管运输是大高差复杂环境下混凝土常用的运输方法,但在高海拔低气压环境下,长距离溜管运输后混凝土性能变化和混凝土防离析措施效果不明确,混凝土质量难以保证。为了验证低气压大高差环境下混凝土溜管运输方案的可行性,依托某高海拔深V峡谷处桥址进行现场溜管试验研究,基于C35混凝土基准配合比设计了大流态和低流态两种混凝土进行分析对比,并采用单个小型自落实搅拌机进行二次搅拌,以解决混凝土离析问题。试验过程中选取不同阶段的混凝土进行评估测试。试验结果表明:低气压大高差环境下大流态混凝土溜管运输方案可行,二次搅拌后混凝土工作性能接近出机混凝土性能;低流态混凝土在溜管运输过程中可能出现轻微堵管现象,即使二次搅拌后仍不能满足后续施工要求。Chute transportation is a commonly used method for transporting concrete in complex environments with large altitude difference.However,in the environment of high altitude and low pressure,the change of concrete performance and the effect of concrete anti-segregation measures after long-distance chute transportation are not clear,and the quality of concrete is difficult to guarantee.To verify the feasibility of the concrete chute transportation scheme under low pressure and high altitude difference environments,the field chute test was carried out on the bridge site at a high altitude deep V canyon.Based on the C35 concrete benchmark mix ratio,two kinds of concrete with large flow state and low flow state were designed for analysis and comparison,and a single small self-implementing mixer was used for secondary mixing to solve the problem of concrete segregation.During the experiment,different stages of concrete were selected for evaluation testing.The experimental results show that the transportation scheme of large-flow concrete through the chute under low pressure and high altitude difference environment is feasible,and the working performance of the concrete after secondary mixing is close to that of the discharged concrete.Low-flow concrete may experience slight blockage during the transportation process of the chute,and even after secondary mixing,it cannot meet the subsequent construction requirements.
