摘 要:自密实混凝土模板侧压力计算研究受多种因素影响,且理论计算值与实测值相差较大。为完善该方面的研究,在Janssen理论的基础上,提出自密实混凝土模板侧压力计算模型,并推导出了侧压力计算公式。首先,对比研究12组混凝土浇筑试验在不同模板材料、表面处理工况、浇筑速度和浇筑高度等因素影响下的试验结果。其次,基于第4组试验结果,探究了自密实混凝土与模板之间的摩擦系数和侧压力折减系数的时变效应,并由此对推导出的公式进行参数修正。最后,对比修正后的模型与国外计算模型计算结果,结果表明,不同模型计算偏差较小,但修正后计算公式具有清晰的自密实混凝土延展度范围、浇筑速度等实际适用条件。The calculation of lateral pressure of self-compacting concrete formwork is affected by many factors,and the theoretical calculation value is quite different from the measured value.In order to improve the research in this field,on the basis of Janssen theory,the calculation model of lateral pressure of self-compacting concrete formwork was proposed,and the calculation formula of lateral pressure was derived.Firstly,the test results of 12 groups of concrete pouring tests under the influence of different formwork materials,surface treatment conditions,pouring speed and pouring height were compared and studied.Secondly,based on the results of the fourth set of tests,the time-varying effects of the friction coefficient and the lateral pressure reduction coefficient between the self-compacting concrete and the formwork were explored,and the derived formula was modified.Finally,the calculation results of the modified model and the foreign calculation model were compared.The results showed that the calculation deviation of different models was small,but the modified calculation formula had clear practical application conditions such as self-compacting concrete ductility range and pouring speed.
