煤矸石制备轻质墙材关键技术研究

摘  要:煅烧后的煤矸石灰渣中含有大量二氧化硅和氧化铝,可作为硅质原料用于制备蒸压加气混凝土。为了开发煤矸石活化灰渣在轻质墙材中的高值化利用关键技术,通过考察粉煤灰、煤矸石活化灰渣、砂石复配后的蒸压加气混凝土水化过程,并以此为基础,将复配材料作为硅质原料,实验室小试制备B06级煤矸石加气混凝土,同时探究了其长期性能和抗冻性能,并在生产线上完成了轻质墙材试验验证。另外,浸出毒性试验结果表明研究所得的混凝土对重金属具有明显的固化作用,具有很好的环境安全性。The calcined coal gangue ash contains a large amount of silica and alumina,which can be used as siliceous raw materials for the preparation of autoclaved aerated concrete.In order to develop the key technology of high-value utilization of coal gangue activated ash in lightweight wall materials,the hydration process of autoclaved aerated concrete after compounding fly ash,coal gangue activated ash and sand and gravel was investigated.Based on this,the compound material was used as siliceous raw material to prepare B06 grade coal gangue aerated concrete in laboratory.At the same time,its long-term performance and frost resistance were explored,and the lightweight wall material test verification was completed on the production line.In addition,the leaching toxicity test results show that the obtained concrete has obvious solidification effect on heavy metals and has good environmental safety.
