摘 要:为研究接桩方式对混合配筋混凝土管桩(PRC管桩)抗弯承载性能的影响,对设计制作的3个带接头PRC管桩和1个不带接头PRC管桩进行四点弯曲试验。通过分析试件的破坏形态、承载能力及荷载-挠度曲线,探究两种接桩方式(抱箍式和卡箍式)及套箍钢板厚度对PRC管桩受弯性能的影响。试验结果表明:抱箍式接桩试件的破坏模式为典型受弯破坏(受压区混凝土压碎),且其抗弯承载力比无接头试件大;卡箍式接桩方式易在端板与混凝土交接处形成应力集中,其受力性能变差。因此,接桩时建议采用抱箍式接桩方式,避免采用卡箍式。此外,考虑抱箍式接桩方法及接头处钢套箍厚度对α值的影响,引入系数β进行修正,给出了抱箍式接头PRC管桩受弯承载力计算公式。In order to study the influence of pile connection method on flexural bearing performance of mixed reinforced concrete pipe pile(PRC pipe pile),the four-point bending test was carried out on three PRC pipe piles with joint and one without joint.Based on the analysis of the failure form,bearing capacity and load-deflection curve of the test specimens,the influences of two kinds of pile connection methods(hoop type and clamp type)and the thickness of hoop steel plate on the bending performance of PRC pipe piles were investigated.The test results show that the failure mode of the hoop pile specimens is typical bending failure(concrete crushing in the compression zone),and its bending capacity is larger than that of the specimens without joints.The clamp type pile connection is easy to form stress concentration at the junction of end plate and concrete,and its mechanical performance deteriorates.Therefore,it is recommended to adopt the hoop type of pile connection and avoid the clamp type.In addition,considering the influence of hoop type pile joining method and the thickness of steel hoop at the joint onαvalue,the formula of bending capacity of PRC pipe pile with hoop type joint is given by introducing coefficientβ.
