Rapid Demolition Technology of Pillarless Canopy on High-speed Railway Platform at Skylight Point Under Limited Conditions

摘  要:随着铁路车站部分雨棚临近使用寿命,出现老化、破损等问题,或使用功能无法满足当前铁路运营需求,需要进行大修的车站越来越多。以亦庄火车站钢结构雨棚拆除改造为例,在高铁、地铁不降速,场地狭小,且保留原结构主桁架的情况下,提出利用夜间天窗点的快速拆除技术。采用MAIDAS有限元分析软件,分析原钢结构雨棚、主桁架、钢扁担等典型结构的自身特性,采用钢扁担与钢雨棚固定后整体提升拆除的施工方法。最终形成了“固定、切割、提放、拆运”的施工工艺流程,在一个天窗点内完成了拆除工作。With the approaching service life of some canopy in railway stations,there are more and more stations that need to be overhauled due to problems such as aging and damage,or the use of functions that cannot meet the current railway operation needs.Taking the demolition and reconstruction of the steel structure canopy of Yizhuang Railway Station as an example,under the condition that the high-speed rail and subway do not slow down,the site is narrow,and the main truss of the original structure is retained,the rapid demolition technology using night skylight point is proposed.The MAIDAS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the characteristics of typical structures such as the original steel structure canopy,the main truss and the steel pole.The construction method of integral lifting and dismantling after the steel pole and the steel canopy are fixed is adopted.Finally,the construction process of“fixing,cutting,lifting and dismantling”was formed,and the demolition work was completed within a skylight point.
