摘  要:针对传统工程中PC楼梯拼缝处因材料不同易出现开裂、塌陷的难题,结合“柔性支模”的概念,提出一种PC楼梯新型拼缝处理结构,解决了PC构件拼缝处由于剖面形状不规则导致的支模难问题。根据其构造特点,总结了PC楼梯安装施工的标准化流程。实际应用发现:与采用发泡剂填充相比,虽然采用新型拼缝处理结构时施工成本增加了,但后者能使PC楼梯拼缝施工的合格率达到100%,省去了后期的维护成本,且避免了因维修导致工期延长的情况出现。Aiming at the problem of cracking and collapse at the joint of PC stairs in traditional engineering due to different materials,combined with the concept of“flexible formwork”,a new type of joint treatment structure of PC stairs is proposed,which solves the problem of formwork support caused by irregular section shape at the joint of PC components.According to its structural characteristics,the standardized process of PC stair installation and construction is summarized.The practical application shows that compared with the foam filling,although the construction cost increases when the new joint treatment structure is adopted,the latter can make the qualified rate of PC stair joint construction reach 100%,save the maintenance cost in the later period,and avoid the situation of prolonged construction period caused by maintenance.
