摘  要:利用原位模拟控制实验,通过实时监测盐沼芦苇生长性状、光合特性、温室气体通量等参数,并结合实验结束后采样测定的有机碳密度,探究了秸秆埋藏对富营养化盐沼湿地植被恢复及固碳功能的影响.研究结果表明,在高外源氮输入条件下,秸秆埋藏有利于盐沼芦苇生长及湿地碳汇功能,具体表现为促进CO_(2)吸收、抑制CH_(4)排放和增加土壤有机碳密度.研究结果填补了当前对盐沼湿地生态系统固碳增汇潜力了解的不足,可为滨海湿地植被恢复和固碳减排提供技术支撑,并有望助力实现盐沼秸秆的资源化利用.In this study,in-situ simulated control experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of straw burial on vegetation recovery and carbon sequestration function of eutrophic salt marshes,by monitoring plant growth traits,photosynthetic characteristics,and greenhouse gas fluxes,as well as the soil organic carbon density measured at the end of the experiment.The results revealed that under a high exogenous nitrogen input,straw burial was beneficial for the growth of Phragmites australis and carbon sequestration of wetland,specifically by promoting CO_(2) uptake,inhibiting CH_(4) emissions,and increasing soil organic carbon density.The findings of this study aim to address the current lack of understanding regarding the carbon sequestration potential of salt marsh ecosystems.Through investigating the utilization of salt marsh straw,this study can provide technical support for vegetation restoration and carbon sequestration in the coastal wetlands,and may help promote the utilization of salt marsh straw.
