含氰废渣生产黄血盐钠方法的研究

摘  要:用亚铁沉淀法处理含氰废水时会产生含氰废渣,废渣主要成分为亚铁氰化物,可以用石灰乳处理,溶解废渣中的亚铁氰根,利用废渣中原有的钠盐生产黄血盐钠。该方案解决了氢氧化钠法过滤困难的问题,在降低了药剂成本的同时,降低了母液中钠盐含量,使母液可以循环使用,在提高黄血盐钠质量的同时减少了环保压力。该方法黄血盐钠回收率可达95%,产品纯度98%以上,解决了氰化冶炼企业氰化废渣处理的问题,有较大环境效益和经济效益。Cyanide-containing waste residue will be produced when treating cyanide-containing wastewater by ferrous precipitation method.The main component of waste residue is ferrocyanide,the ferricyanogen in the waste residue can be dissolved by lime milk.Then the sodium ferrocyanide decahydrate can be produced from the original sodium in the waste residue.This solution solves the problem of filtration difficulty by sodium hydroxide method,and reduces the cost of the agent,reduces the sodium content in the mother liquor,so that the mother liquor can be recycled.This method improves the quality of sodium ferrocyanide decahydrate while reducing environmental pressure.The recovery rate of sodium ferrocyanide decahydrate can reach 95%,and the purity of the product is above 98%.This method solves the problem of cyanide waste residue treatment of smelting industry with cyanide,so it has greater environmental and economic benefits.
