摘 要:本文基于重组竹地板、普竹地板两种竹产品生命周期碳足迹的核算,进行碳减排潜力分析。结果表明,普竹地板和重组竹地板的碳足迹分别为30.7228、-70.3857 kg CO_(2)-eq·m^(-3);重组竹地板的主要碳排放环节是加工过程,其对碳足迹的贡献率为66.0%;普竹地板的主要排放环节是附加物碳排放,其对碳足迹的贡献率为65.0%。运输过程的碳排放对两种竹地板碳足迹的贡献率较低,均在7%以内。不同减排情景下,重组竹地板在情景五(运输距离为24 km,生产效率提升15%)的情况下碳减排量最大,减排后的碳足迹为-104.6580 kg CO_(2)-eq·m^(-3);普竹地板在情景六(运输距离为24 km,生产效率提升15%,包装质量减少20%)的情况下碳减排量最大,减排后的碳足迹为-5.7611 kg CO_(2)-eq·m^(-3)。以上研究可为竹企业确定减排方向提供参考。Based on the calculation of the life cycle carbon footprint of two kinds of bamboo products,recombinant bamboo flooring and ordinary bamboo flooring,this paper analyzed the carbon emission reduction potential.The results showed that the carbon footprints of ordinary bamboo flooring and recombinant bamboo flooring were 30.7228 and-70.3857 kg CO_(2)-eq·m^(-3),respectively.The main carbon emission link of reconstituted bamboo flooring was the carbon emission of the processing process,which contributed 66.0% to the carbon footprint.The main emission link for ordinary bamboo flooring was the carbon emissions from accessories,which contributed 65.0% to the carbon footprint.The contribution of carbon emissions from transport to the carbon footprint of both types of bambo o flooring was low,within 7%.Under different emission reduction scenarios,the recombinant bamboo flooring had the largest carbon emission reduction under scenario 5(setting the transport distance at 24 km and increasing the production efficiency by 15%),with a carbon footprint of -104.6580 kg CO_(2)-eq·m^(-3)after emission reduction;ordinary bamboo flooring had the largest carbon emission reduction under scenario 6(24km transport distance,15% increase in production efficiency and 20% reduction in the use of additives),with a carbon footprint of -5.7611 kg CO_(2)-eq·m^(-3).The above study could be used as a reference to determine the direction of emission reduction for bamboo enterprises.
