摘 要:以开封市农林科学研究院21个观赏小菊新品种为试材,采用200 mmol·L^(-1)的NaCl进行盐胁迫处理的方法,研究盐胁迫对小菊形态变化、株高、茎粗、相对含水量、相对电导率、光合色素含量、丙二醛含量等20个指标的影响,采用主成分分析、隶属函数分析及聚类分析对各样本的耐盐性进行了综合评价,以期为观赏小菊耐盐种质的筛选及耐盐评价体系的完善提供参考依据。结果表明:盐胁迫使观赏小菊株高、茎粗、相对含水量、光合色素含量等指标均有不同程度降低,相对电导率、丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、脯氨酸含量等指标上升,且20个指标存在着不同程度的相关性。筛选出胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、POD、气孔限制值(Ls)、表观叶肉导度(AMC)、最大荧光产量(Fm)、相对含水量(RWC)、可溶性蛋白质(SP)可以作为观赏小菊耐盐性综合评价指标。综合耐盐等级划分和耐盐性评价结果,将21个观赏小菊品种分为强耐盐性、耐盐性较强、中等耐盐性、耐盐性较弱、盐敏感5个等级,其中筛选出2个强耐盐性的品种‘Q19-3-40’和‘Q19-1-8’。Taking 21 new varieties of ornamental chrysanthemums from Kaifeng Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as test materials,the effects of salt stress on 20 indicators including morphological changes,plant height,stem thickness,relative water content,relative conductivity,photosynthetic pigment content,and malondialdehyde content were studied by using 200 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl for salt stress treatment.Principal component analysis,membership function analysis,and cluster analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate the salt tolerance of each sample,in order to provide reference for the screening of salt tolerant germplasm of ornamental chrysanthemums and the improvement of the salt tolerance evaluation system.The results showed that salt stress reduced the indicators such as plant height,stem diameter,relative water content,and photosynthetic pigment content of ornamental chrysanthemum to varying degrees,while the indicators such as relative conductivity,malondialdehyde content,POD activity,and proline content increased,and the 20 indicators had different degrees of correlation.Ci,POD,Ls,AMC,Fm,RWC,and SP were screened out as comprehensive evaluation indicators of salt tolerance of ornamental chrysanthemum.Based on the classification of comprehensive salt tolerance grades and the comprehensive evaluation results of salt tolerance,21 varieties of ornamental chrysanthemum were divided into five grades:strong salt tolerance,relatively strong salt tolerance,medium salt tolerance,relatively weak salt tolerance,and salt sensitivity.Among them,two varieties with strong salt tolerance,‘Q19-3-40’and‘Q19-1-8’,were screened out.
