三种外源物质对植原体侵染“玛瑙红”樱桃生长及矿质元素的影响

摘  要:以感染植原体病害的“玛瑙红”樱桃为试材,采用外源茉莉酸甲酯(0.1 mmol·L^(-1))、褪黑素(0.1 mmol·L^(-1))和四环素(1.0 mmol·L^(-1))对患病苗木进行处理,研究了外源物质对植株抗病性的影响,以期为植原体侵染的“玛瑙红”樱桃病害防治提供参考依据。结果表明:3种物质能够显著提高感染植株叶片的N、P、Mn、Mo含量,均能提高患病植株株高、叶片宽度及长度,茉莉酸甲酯及四环素效果优于褪黑素。P.pseudocerasu L.‘Manaohong’that infected with phytoplasma diseases was used as test materials.Exogenous methyl jasmonate(0.1 mmol·L^(-1)),melatonin(0.1 mmol·L^(-1))and tetracycline(1.0 mmol·L^(-1))were used to treat the diseased seedlings,and the effect of exogenous substances on the disease resistance of plants was studied,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of the disease of P.pseudocerasu L.‘Manaohong’infected by phytoplasma.The results showed that these three substances could significantly increase the contents of N(nitrogen),P(phosphorus),Mn(manganese),and Mo(molybdenum)in the leaves of infected plants.Moreover,all of them could enhance the plant height,leaf width and leaf length of the diseased plants.And the effects of methyl jasmonate and tetracycline were better than that of melatonin.
