摘  要:以‘辽宁1号’核桃嫩梢为试材,采用油菜素内酯(brassinosteroid,BR)喷施,并进行低温胁迫处理,测定电导率、含水量、丙二醛、渗透调节物质、次生代谢物质含量及抗氧化酶活性等,研究了BR处理对核桃嫩梢抗寒性的影响,以期为核桃抵御寒冷胁迫提供参考依据。结果表明:在低温胁迫下,BR处理能够提高核桃叶片中含水量,抑制电导率和超氧阴离子产生速率,减少丙二醛、过氧化氢含量,显著增加脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化物酶(POD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)等抗氧化酶活性。其中,0.1 mg·L^(-1) BR对提高核桃枝条的抗寒效果最优。Taking‘Liaoning No.1’walnut new shoots as the test material,brassinosteroid(BR)was sprayed and subjected to low-temperature stress treatment.The conductivity,moisture content,malondialdehyde,osmoregulatory substances,secondary metabolite content,and antioxidant enzyme activity were measured to study the effect of BR treatment on the cold resistance of walnut tender samples,in order to provide reference for walnut resistance to cold stress.The results showed that under low temperature stress,BR treatment increased the water content of walnut leaves,suppressed electrical conductivity and superoxide anion production rate,reduced the contents of MDA and hydrogen peroxide,significantly increased the contents of proline,soluble sugars,and soluble proteins,and improved the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD,APX,POD,and GPX.Among the treatments,0.1 mg·L^(-1) BR was the best for improving the cold resistance of walnut branches.
