摘 要:以宁夏种植的6个枸杞品种为试验材料,采用不同浓度外源水杨酸处理,研究了高温胁迫对“宁杞4号”“宁杞5号”“宁杞7号”“宁杞9号”“杞鑫1号”和“科杞608”光合指标、细胞膜系统和抗氧化酶活性等抗热性指标的影响,以期为建立枸杞耐热性综合评价体系提供参考依据。结果表明:通过喷施外源水杨酸能够缓解高温胁迫对枸杞幼苗的损伤,水杨酸浓度为0.6 mmol·L^(-1)时净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均达最大值,相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量降至最小值,故以水杨酸浓度为0.6 mmol·L^(-1)处理效果最佳。主成分分析结果表明,6个枸杞品种的耐热性由高到低依次为“科杞608”>“杞鑫1号”>“宁杞4号”>“宁杞5号”>“宁杞9号”>“宁杞7号”。Six varieties of Lycium barbarum planted in Ningxia were treated with different concentrations of exogenous salicylic acid to study the effects of high temperature stress on photosynthetic index,cell membrane system and antioxidant enzyme activity of‘Ningqi 4’‘Ningqi 5’‘Ningqi 7’‘Ningqi 9’‘Qixin 1’and‘Keqi 608’,in order to provide a reference for establishing a comprehensive evaluation system of heat resistance of Lycium barbarum.The results showed that within a specific concentration range,the application of exogenous salicylic acid spray mitigated the damage to Lycium barbarum seedlings caused by high temperature stress.Notably,at a salicylic acid concentration of 0.6 mmol·L^(-1),the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductivity,intercellular CO_(2) concentration as well as SOD,POD,and CAT activities reached their peak values while relative conductivity and MDA content decreased to their lowest levels.Therefore,the treatment with a salicylic acid concentration of 0.6 mmol·L^(-1) demonstrated the most favorable effects.Principal component analysis results revealed that,the heat resistance of the 6 varieties of Lycium barbarum from high to low was‘Keqi 608’>‘Qixin 1’>‘Ningqi 4’>‘Ningqi 5’>‘Ningqi 9’>‘Ningqi 7’.
