摘 要:以菘蓝为试材,采用“3414”肥料效应设计方案,研究水溶性氮(N)、磷(P_(2)O_(5))、钾(K_(2)O)肥配施对菘蓝各形态指标、产量和品质的影响,应用灰色关联度法评价各处理综合利用价值,以期为水肥一体化在菘蓝栽培中广泛应用提供参考依据。结果表明:各处理对菘蓝形态指标,叶产量、根产量和经济效益有明显的影响(P<0.05),13个施肥处理的叶产量、根产量和经济效益均优于处理1(N0P0K0),处理7(N2P3K2)综合表现最好,其叶产量、根产量和经济效益分别为14031.8 kg·hm^(-2)、2500.0 kg·hm^(-2)和35034.2元·hm^(-2),较处理1分别提高77.3%、41.9%和31.3%,根中(R,S)-告依春含量为0.1248%,远高于处理1(0.0364%)。建议陇东地区种植菘蓝水溶肥的施肥量以N为4.2 kg·hm^(-2)、P_(2)O_(5)为17.1 kg·hm^(-2)和K_(2)O为8.7 kg·hm^(-2)分期喷施为宜。Taking Isatis indigotica Fort.as test material,the‘3414’fertilizer experiment was conducted to study the effects on water-soluble nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)combined application on morphological index,yield and quality of Isatis indigotica Fort.and the comprehensive utilization value of each treatment was evaluated by grey relational degree method,in order to provide reference for the extensive application of water and fertilizer integration in Isatis indigotica Fort..The results showed that different fertilization treatments had significant effects on morphology index,leaf yield and root yield and economic benefit of Isatis indigotica Fort.(P<0.05).The leaf yield,root yield,and economic benefits of the 13 fertilization treatments were all superior to treatment 1(N0P30K0).Treatment 7 had the best performance,and its leaf yield,root yield and economic benefit were 14031.8 kg·hm^(-2),2500.0 kg·hm^(-2) and 35034.2 RMB·hm^(-2),which were 77.3%,41.9%and 31.3%higher than treatment 1,respectively.(R,S)-goitrin content in roots was 0.1248%,much higher than treatment 1(0.0364%).It was suggested that the appropriate application rate of water-soluble fertilizer of Isatis indigotica Fort.in Longdong area was 4.2 kg·hm^(-2) for N,17.1 kg·hm^(-2) for P_(2)O_(5) and 8.7 kg·hm^(-2) for K_(2)O.
