摘  要:为了有效防控小麦赤霉病等作物病害,研制了35%氟唑菌酰羟胺·戊唑醇悬浮剂,并确定了最佳配方,通过田间药效试验评价该悬浮剂对小麦赤霉病的防控效果。结果表明:35%氟唑菌酰羟胺·戊唑醇悬浮剂的最佳配方为氟唑菌酰羟胺10%、戊唑醇25%、W-6001%、FD 2%、SC 3%、乙二醇5%、卡松0.2%、消泡剂15110.5%、黄原胶0.2%、硅酸镁铝1%、柠檬酸0.2%、增效剂Prime 5%、去离子水补足。该制剂悬浮率高、储存稳定,符合悬浮剂制剂标准要求。在小麦赤霉病发病初期以1000倍液进行均匀喷雾,药后10 d时,其防效达到97.37%,说明该制剂针对小麦赤霉病具有较好的防控效果。In order to effectively prevent and control crop diseases such as Fusarium head blight(FHB),a pydiflumetofen·tebuconazole 35%SC was developed,and the optimal formulation was determined.The control effect of this SC on FHB was evaluated through field efficacy trials.The results showed that the optimal formulation of the pydiflumetofen·tebuconazole 35%SC was pydiflumetofen 10%,tebuconazole 25%,W-6001%,FD 2%,SC 3%,ethylene glycol 5%,Kathon 0.2%,antifoaming agent 15110.5%,xanthan gum 0.2%,magnesium aluminum silicate 1%,citric acid 0.2%,synergist Prime 5%,and deionized water to make up the rest.This preparation had a high suspension rate and stable storage,meeting the standard requirements of SC.When evenly sprayed with a 1000 fold dilution at the initial stage of FHB,the control effect reached 97.37%10 days after spraying,indicating that this preparation has a good control effect against FHB.
