摘 要:水泥稳定碎石是以粗集料形成具有空隙的嵌挤骨架,水泥砂浆填充空隙,形成的密实结构。在集料颗粒级配相同的情况下,颗粒形貌对水泥稳定碎石基层的施工和使用性能均产生影响。利用颗粒形貌优化技术与装置,对19~26.5 mm的粗集料形貌进行2~5 min优化试验,检测优化前后水泥稳定碎石7 d、28 d无侧限抗压强度。试验结果表明:优化2~4 d时强度均高于没有优化试样,其中优化3 d效果最佳,不同性能的集料需要进行优化试验确定。Cement stabilized crushed stone is a dense structure formed by using coarse aggregates to form an interlocking skeleton with voids,and filling the voids with cement mortar.Under the same particle size distribution,the particle morphology has an impact on the construction and performance of cement stabilized crushed stone base.This article conducts a 2-5 minutes optimization test on 19-26.5 mm particles to test the unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized crushed stone at 7 and 28 days before and after optimization.The results show that when optimizing for 2-4 days,the compressive strength was higher than that of the sample without optimization,with the best effect after 3 days.Different performance aggregates need to be determined through optimization experiments.
