摘 要:以带式输送机换带装置的履带牵引装置为研究对象,利用三维建模软件solid works进行建模,将机架模型导入ANSYS Workbench中,利用静力学和模态分析对机架判断是否符合设计和功能要求。静力学分析结果显示:机架的强度、最大弹性应变量、屈服强度均满足设计要求。模态分析结果显示:整体机架的振动频率为5~32 Hz,不会引起共振,避免了机架等关键零部件的损坏。Taking the crawler traction device of belt conveyor belt changing device as the research object,the 3D modeling software Solid Works was used for modeling.The frame model was imported into ANSYS Workbench,and the static and modal analysis were used to judge whether the frame met the design and functional requirements.The results of static analysis show that the strength,maximum elastic strain and yield strength of the frame meet the design requirements.The modal analysis results show that the vibration frequency of the whole frame is 5~32Hz,which will not cause resonance and avoid damage to key components like the frame.
