摘 要:输油臂折叠臂架及管路是输油臂装置的核心部件。根据输油臂的受载情况,通过Pro/E有限元分析软件对输油臂折叠臂架及管路进行静力校核,基于输油臂工作时的最远行程、最近行程及其折叠收展过程,对设计的输油臂折叠臂架及管路进行运动仿真分析,得到了输油臂位移和加速度曲线,其运动轨迹顺畅,无突变,设计效果良好。The oil transfer arm structure and pipes are the core components of the oil transfer arm device.Based on the load situation of the oil transfer arm,static verification of the oil transfer arm is carried out through finite element analysis by using Pro/E software.Based on the farthest stroke,closest stroke,and their folding/unfolding process during the operation of the oil transfer arm,motion analysis was conducted on the oil transfer folding arm structure and oil pipelines,obtaining the displacement and acceleration curves of the transfer arm,which verifies that its motion trajectory is smooth and well-designed without sudden changes.
