摘 要:短时间强作用力下的爆炸冲击波引发的轻度颅脑爆炸冲击伤(bmTBI)早期诊断困难,如未能提前发现患者精神状态的恶化,会造成严重的神经功能障碍。多模态成像是指整合多种成像技术的新型诊断手段,多模态影像技术发展可以早期发现大脑结构、功能、代谢的变化,为下一步实战条件下的颅脑爆炸冲击伤防护及治疗奠定基础。本文对近几年国外相关文献进行回顾和整理,对几种神经影像技术在bmTBI的应用进行综述。Early diagnosis of blast-related mild traumatic brain injury(bmTBI)caused by explosive shock waves under short-term strong forces is challenging,with varying degrees of brain dysfunction in later stages.Multimodal imaging refers to a new diagnostic method that integrates various imaging techniques,with continuous development,which is able to detect changes in the structure,function,and metabolism of the brain at an early stage,laying the foundation for the protection and treatment of head injuries under combat conditions.This paper reviews relevant foreign literature published in recent years and summarizes the application of several neuroimaging techniques in bmTBI.
