摘 要:河北省设施蔬菜种植规模不断增加,雇工现象普遍存在于种植户的生产经营中。通过调研发现,在雇工生产过程中,存在雇工费用持续上升、雇工市场发展不规范、雇佣关系稳定性弱等问题,由此形成的“雇工约束”成为制约河北省设施蔬菜持续发展的重要因素。对此,提出搭建雇工信息服务平台、创建区域劳务品牌、创新雇工管理方式、发展社会化服务等对策建议,以期探索河北省设施蔬菜产业高效发展的实现路径。The scale of facility vegetable cultivation in Hebei Province is continuously increasing,with labor utilization being a common practice among growers.Through research,several issues have been identified in the labor production process,including rising labor costs,the unregulated development of the labor market,and flaws in the temporary labor model.These challenges have resulted in what is termed‘labor constraints’,which significantly hinder the sustainable development of facility vegetables in Hebei.To address these issues,this study proposes several strategies,including the establishment of a labor information service platform,the creation of regional labor brands,the innovation of labor management practices,and the development of socialized services.These recommendations aim to explore effective pathways for the highefficiency development of the facility vegetable industry in Hebei Province.
