摘　　要：蔬菜育苗产业的发展对于保障北京市蔬菜稳定供应,推动蔬菜产业现代化发展具有重要意义。通过对北京市集约化育苗产业的规模和发展特点进行梳理,提出产业发展中存在经营理念滞后、技术创新不足、专业技术人才匮乏、技术标准不健全以及行业监管不到位等问题。建议企业引入现代理念精准对接市场,从资金和人才两方面驱动育苗创新,规范育苗标准并强化产业监管等对策建议,进而促进蔬菜集约化育苗产业快速发展,为提高首都蔬菜产量及实现蔬菜自给率目标提供决策参考。The development of the vegetable seedling industry is of great significance for ensuring the stable supply of vegetables in Beijing and promoting the modernization of the vegetable industry.This article combs through the industrial scale and development characteristics of Beijing’s intensive seedling industry,and points out problems in its development,such as backward business concepts,insufficient technological innovation,a shortage of professional and technical talents,incomplete technical standards,and inadequate industry supervision.Therefore,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,including that enterprises should introduce modern concepts to accurately meet market demands,drive seedling innovation from the aspects of capital and talent,standardize seedling-raising standards,and strengthen industry supervision.These measures aim to promote the rapid development of the intensive vegetable seedling industry and provide decision-making references for increasing the vegetable output in the capital and achieving the goal of vegetable self-sufficiency.
