摘  要:为明确不同树种对红托竹荪生长发育的影响,通过测定不同树种木屑的营养成分,探讨不同木屑的不同添加量对红托竹荪菌丝生长和出菇等的影响,利用相关性分析对木屑理化性质和红托竹荪生长和产量的相关指标进行相关性评价。结果表明:经粉碎处理后,核桃树木屑和构树木屑具有较高的持水能力;桦槁树、构树、青冈木和杜仲的木屑浸出液对红托竹荪菌丝生长起促进作用;纯木屑培养条件下木屑的含碳量与菌丝生长速度呈极显著正相关,而含氮量、木质素含量则与菌丝生长速度呈极显著负相关;几丁质含量与出菇产量呈正相关;硬杂木和青冈木表现出较高的出菇产量。In order to clarify the effects of different tree species on the growth and development of Phallus rubrovolvatus,the effects of different amounts of sawdust on the mycelial growth and fruiting of Phallus rubrovolvatus were discussed by measuring the nutritional components of sawdust of different tree species.The correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between the physical and chemical properties of sawdust and the growth and yield of Phallus rubrovolvatus.The results showed that walnut wood and Paper Mulberry wood had higher water-holding capacity after being crushed.The leaching solutions of Betula luminifera wood,Paper Mulberry wood,Quercus glauca wood,Eucommia ulmoides wood promote the growth of mycelium of Phallus rubrovolvatus.Under pure sawdust cultivation conditions,the nitrogen content of sawdust is significantly positively correlated with the growth rate of mycelium,while the nitrogen content and lignin content are significantly negatively correlated.Chitin content was positively correlated with mushroom yield.The hardwood and Cyclobalanopsis glauca showed higher fruiting yield.
