外源褪黑素对盐胁迫下茄子幼苗生理特性的影响

摘  要:以北京大红袍和山东大红袍2个茄子品种幼苗为试验材料,分别对其叶片喷施50、100μmol·L^(-1)和150μmol·L^(-1)外源褪黑素进行预处理,施加50 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl溶液作为盐胁迫环境,测定其生长指标和生理指标,研究不同浓度外源褪黑素对盐胁迫下2个茄子品种幼苗生理的影响。结果表明,与盐胁迫对照相比,喷施100μmol·L^(-1)的外源褪黑素能使盐胁迫下茄子幼苗株高、茎粗均显著增高,分别增加了28.16%、34.33%和51.28%、29.59%;显著提高可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,降低细胞相对电导率和MDA含量,增强SOD和POD活性,提高GA和IAA含量,降低ABA含量。综上,喷施100μmol·L^(-1)的外源褪黑素可以有效缓解盐胁迫对茄子幼苗生长的抑制。Two Solanum melongena L.seedlings,‘Beijingdahongpao’and‘Shandongdahongpao’,were pretreated with 50,100μmol·L^(-1) and 150μmol·L^(-1) exogenous melatonin by spraying on their leaves,respectively.A 50 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl solution was applied as the salt stress environment,the growth and physiological indexes were measured to investigate the effects of different concentrations of exogenous melatonin on the two kinds of eggplant seedlings under salt stress.The results showed that compared with salt stress control,applying 100μmol·L^(-1) of exogenous melatonin could increase the plant height of eggplant seedlings under salt stress by 28.16%and 34.33%under salt stress,and increase the stem diameter by 51.28%and 29.59%,respectively;significantly elevate the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein,reduce the relative cellular conductivity and MDA content,enhance the activities of SOD and POD,elevate the contents of GA and IAA,and reduce the content of ABA.Spraying 100μmol·L^(-1) exogenous melatonin in the seedling stage of eggplant can effectively alleviate the inhibition of salt stress on the growth of eggplant seedlings.
