摘  要:采用二因素三水平随机区组设计,设置3个叶菜型甘薯品种(A_(1),万菜薯7号;A_(2),万菜薯12号;A_(3),万菜薯10号)和3种追肥种类(B_(1),单施尿素;B_(2),减量30%尿素配施高钾复合肥;B_(3),减量30%尿素配施叶面肥)处理,研究尿素减量配施不同种类肥料对叶菜型甘薯品种茎尖农艺性状、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:叶菜型甘薯的品种因素极显著影响茎尖农艺性状和总产量,追肥种类对茎尖产量无显著影响,两因素交互作用对茎尖农艺性状和产量均无显著影响。B_(2)和B_(3)处理下,A_(1)、A_(2)的茎尖总产量与B_(1)处理相当或稍增产;B_(2)处理显著提高了A_(1)、A_(3)茎尖叶片部位的抗坏血酸含量,而B_(3)处理则显著提高了3个品种茎尖叶片部位的抗坏血酸含量;此外,B_(3)处理还显著提高了A_(1)、A_(2)茎尖叶片部位的粗蛋白和总黄酮含量,A_(1)、A_(3)茎尖叶柄部位的粗蛋白含量以及3个品种茎尖茎部位的总黄酮含量。基于隶属函数与权重分配的综合评价,A_(2)在B_(3)处理下栽植效果最佳,A_(1)在B_(2)、B_(3)处理下栽植效果较好,A_(3)则是B_(1)处理下栽植效果较好。Using a two-factor three-level random block design,3 leafy sweet potato varieties(A_(1),‘Wancaishu No.7’;A_(2),‘Wancaishu No.12’;A_(3),‘Wancaishu No.10’)and 3 types of fertilizer treatments(B_(1),urea alone;B_(2),30%reduced urea combined with high-potassium compound fertilizer;B_(3),30%reduced urea combined with foliar fertilizer),study was conduct ed on the effects of reduced urea by 30%and combined with different types of fertilizers on the agronomic traits,yield,and quality of leafy sweet potato varieties.The results showed that the variety factor significantly influenced the agronomic traits and total yield of leafy sweet potato stem tips,whereas the type of fertilizer type had no significant effect on stem tip yield.Additionally,the interacti on between the two factors had no significant affect the agronomic traits and total yield of stem tips.Under B_(2) and B_(3) treatments,the stem tip total yield of A_(1) and A_(2) were comparable to or slightly higher than those under B_(1) treatment.B_(2) treatment significantly increased the ascorbic acid content in the stem tip leaves of A_(1) and A_(3),while B_(3) treatment significantly increased the ascorbic acid content in the stem tip leaves of all three varieties.Furthermore,B_(3) treatment also significantly increased the crude protein content and total flavonoid content in the stem tip leaves of A_(1) and A_(2),the crude protein content in the stem tip petioles of A_(1) and A_(3),and the total flavonoid content in the stem tip stems of all three vari eties.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of membership funct ions and weight distribution,A_(2) performed best under B_(3) treatment,A_(1) performed better u nder B_(2) and B_(3) treatments,and A_(3) performed better under B_(1) treatment.
