日本新生代乒乓球运动员张本美和技战术分析——以2024年釜山世乒赛为例  

Technical and Tactical Analysis of Japanese New Generation Table Tennis Player Miwa Harimoto—Taking the 2024 Busan World Table Tennis Championships as an Example

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、四段指标法、录像观察法等研究方法,对张本美和在釜山世乒赛团体半决赛和决赛中的两场比赛进行了技术与战术的分析,归纳了其最有效的得分手段和技战术打法风格,旨在为中国女子乒乓球队提供胜率提升的借鉴与参考。研究结果表明:第一,在发球轮中,张本美和的发球落点变化丰富,使用频率最高的是反手短球和中路长球,具有较高的制胜率。其发球擅长与第三板摆短和反手拉攻相配合,且在相持I段过程中,反手拉攻展现出明显优势。第二,在接发球轮中,张本美和多采用摆短、劈长及反手拉攻技术。然而,在相持II段过程中,其正手技术稍显不足。总体而言,张本美和的两面反胶近台快攻技术已基本成熟,摆速较快。但在接发球时,其站位存在不足,尤其是站位近台中路时,易被对手偷长球导致失误。因此,建议国乒选手在与张本美和交手时,可从其擅长的中路长球入手进行突破,并在相持过程中加强旋转,以限制其摆速优势的发挥。This paper applies the research methods such as literature review method,four-segment indicator method and video observation method to analyze the technical and tactical analysis of the two individual matches of the group semifinals and finals of the Busan World Table Tennis Championships in Busan in which Miwa Harimoto participated,and to summarize her most effective means of scoring and her technical and tactical style of play,with the aim of providing reference for the Chinese Women's table tennis team to improve their winning rate and laying a foundation for the preparation of the Paris Olympics.The results of the study show that:1)In the service round,Miwa Harimoto served with many variations of drop shots and used the short backhand and middle long shots most frequently,having a high win rate;Her serve is good at coordinating with the third board swing short and backhand pull attack,and the backhand pull attack in the process of holding the first section shows obvious advantage.2)In the serve-receive round,Miwa Harimoto used a lot of short swings,long chops and backhand pull attacks,and her forehand was a little lacking during the hold II section.Overall,Miwa Harimoto's two-side reverse rubber near table fast attack is basically mature,swing speed is faster,but there are deficiencies in its stand when receiving serve,stand near the middle of the table to be stolen long and easy to miss.Therefore,it is suggested that the national players can break through from their middle long balls when they play with Miwa Harimoto,and strengthen the spin during the holding process to limit the play of their swing speed characteristics.
