自我决定理论视角下体育教师发展核心素养的路径探索

摘　　要：依据国家文件要求,需构建以培养学生核心素养为导向的课程。而培养学生发展核心素养的前提是教师需具备相应的发展核心素养。因此,该文在自我决定理论视角下,结合发展高校体育教师核心素养的三要素,对高校体育教师核心素养的发展路径进行探究。研究方法包括文献资料法和归纳推理法等,通过归纳总结,最终提出发展高校体育教师核心素养的有效路径为:明晰核心素养的相关理念;逐步提升自身成就感;加强体育教师的继续教育;优化教师的考核评价体系。According to the national documents,a curriculum should be built to cultivate students'core competencies.The prerequisite for cultivating students'core competencies is that teachers should have corresponding core competencies.Therefore,this study explores the development path of college physical education teachers'core competencies from the perspective of self-determination theory,combining the three elements of developing college physical education teachers'core competencies.The study uses methods such as literature review and inductive reasoning to summarize and conclude,and finally proposes an effective path for developing college physical education teachers'core competencies:Clarifying the related concepts of core competencies;Gradually enhancing self-esteem;Strengthening the continuing education of physical education teachers;Optimizing the assessment and evaluation of teachers.
