摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,遵循“理论分析—借鉴与移植—专业特点分析”的研究步骤,从课程思政的内涵及体育课程思政的价值意义出发,深入剖析体育专业课程思政当前普遍面临的瓶颈问题。结合当前的课程思政背景,该文积极探讨在课程思政背景下体育专业课程思政的优化路径,旨在为新时代高校体育课程思政改革提供理论指引和参考依据。This paper adopts research methods of literature review and logic analysis,and follows the research steps of"theoretical analysis-reference and transplantation-analysis of professional characteristics".Starting from the connotation of curriculum ideological and political education and the value implication of Physical Education curriculum ideological and political education,it deeply analyzes the bottleneck existing in curriculum ideological and political education of Physical Education major.Combined with the current curriculum ideological and political background,it actively explores the optimization path of curriculum ideological and political education in Physical Education major under the background of curriculum ideological and political education,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the ideological and political reform of physical education courses in universities in the new era.
