摘  要:在“双减”政策背景下,该文通过分析家校共育模式与少儿八段锦的契合性,揭示了家校共育结合少儿八段锦在促进儿童身心健康、传承与弘扬中华优秀传统文化,以及增强家校合作与沟通方面的重要意义。该文指出,在推广过程中面临着认知与观念问题、资源与条件限制以及家校合作机制不完善等挑战,并据此提出了加强宣传与教育引导、完善教学资源与条件以及构建家校合作机制等推广策略。旨在为“双减”政策下家校共育模式的实践提供新的思路和方法,推动少儿八段锦的广泛推广和普及。In the context of the"Double Reduction"policy,this paper analyzes the compatibility between the home-school co-education model and Children's Baduanjin,revealing its important significance of combining family school co-education with children's Baduanjin in promoting children's physical and mental health,inheriting and promoting excellent traditional Chinese culture,as well as enhancing home-school cooperation and communication.It points out there are challenges faced in the promotion process,such as cognitive and conceptual issues,resource and condition constraints,and imperfections in the home-school cooperation mechanism.Based on this,promotion strategies such as strengthening publicity and educational guidance,improving teaching resources and conditions,and establishing a home-school cooperation mechanism are proposed.The aim is to provide new ideas and methods for the practice of the home-school co-education model under the"Double Reduction"policy,and facilitate the widespread promotion and popularization of Children's Baduanjin.
