摘 要:青少年焦虑情绪问题已成为影响其成长与心理健康的重要因素。足球训练因其多维调节作用受到广泛关注:从生理层面,足球训练通过促进内啡肽分泌、降低皮质醇水平,缓解生理紧张和焦虑;从心理层面,通过目标完成和团队互动,增强青少年的自信心和归属感;从行为层面,提供健康的压力释放途径,改善不良行为模式。为充分发挥足球训练的调节作用,应制订符合青少年特点的训练计划,兼顾趣味性和挑战性;构建轻松积极的团队氛围,增强合作意识;在训练中融入情绪管理和心理辅导,提升情绪调节能力;推动学校与教练的协同联动,营造良好的支持环境。Adolescent anxiety has become a significant issue affecting their development and mental health.Football training has gained widespread attention for its multidimensional regulatory effects.Physiologically,it alleviates tension and anxiety by promoting endorphin release and reducing cortisol levels.Psychologically,it enhances adolescents'self-confidence and sense of belonging through goal achievement and team interaction.Behaviorally,it provides a healthy outlet for stress relief and improves misbehavior patterns.To maximize the regulatory effects of football training,it is essential to design programs tailored to adolescents'needs,balancing fun and challenge;creating a relaxed and positive team atmosphere can foster collaboration;while integrating emotional management and psychological counseling into training enhances emotional regulation;strengthening collaboration between schools and coaches can establish a supportive environment for adolescents to thrive.
