摘 要:目的探究西藏地区羊卓雍措北部湖水的抗生素耐药基因(antibiotic resistance genes,ARGs)污染分布特征。方法采用正压过滤法富集20 L水中细菌后,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术对19种ARGs进行定量检测。结果除碳青霉烯类耐药基因b la KPC,其他ARGs均有检出,常规ARGs(common antibiotic resistance genes,cARGs)和最后一道防线ARGs(Last-resort antibiotic resistant genes,LARGs)的检出率无显著性差异;ermB、tetM和aadA是羊卓雍措的主要cARGs,而vanA和vanB是羊卓雍措的主要LARGs;羊卓雍措cARGs绝对浓度显著高于LARGs,但二者相对浓度无统计学差异。结论西藏羊卓雍措北部湖水中普遍存在ARGs污染。Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of antibiotic resistance gene(ARG)pollution in north of Yamzho Yumco in Tibet,China.Methods The bacteria in 20 L of water were enriched by positive pressure filtration,and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to quantitatively detect 19 ARGs.Results All ARGs except the carbapenem resistance gene bla KPC were positively detected.There was no significant difference between the detection rates of common antibiotic resistance genes(cARGs)and last-resort antibiotic resistant genes(LARGs).In Yamzho Yumco,ermB,tetM,and aadA were the dominant cARGs,while vanA and vanB were the dominant LARGs.The absolute concentration of cARGs in Yamzho Yumco was significantly higher than that of LARGs,but there was no significant difference in their relative concentrations.Conclusion ARG pollution exists widely in north of Yamzho Yumco in Tibet.
