摘  要:针对工业生产领域多电机运行状态远程监控存在的不足,基于远距离无线电(LoRa)无线网络技术,设计多电机运行状态远程智能监控系统。通过传感器采集电机的振动速度、加速度、位移及温度等状态信息,并将采集的电机状态信息通过LoRa无线网络传输至远程计算机,实现对电机运行状态的远程监控,当电机工作状态出现异常时发出告警信号,提示采取有效干预措施。信息传输网络采用主从架构,由1个接收终端与多个采集终端进行通信,实现对工业厂区内多台电机工作状态的监测。电机状态监测系统采用独立供电设计,以便于安装和维护。最后,搭建实验平台,对设计的监控系统进行功能测试。结果表明:设计的监控系统能够实时、稳定地获取电机的状态信息,验证了系统的稳定性和可靠性,系统的应用有利于保障电机的安全运行,维护生产的正常进行。To address the limitations of remote monitoring for multi-motor operational status in industrial production,a long-range radio(LoRa)wireless network-based intelligent remote monitoring system was designed for multimotor systems.The motor’s status information such as vibration speed,acceleration,displacement,temperature and other status information was acquired through sensors.This data was subsequently transmitted to a remote computer using a LoRa wireless network,achieving remote monitoring of the motor’s operational status.An alert signal was triggered in case of any anomalies in the motor’s operation,indicating the need for taking effective intervention measures.The information transmission network adopted a master-slave architecture,where one receiving terminal communicated with multiple acquisition terminals to monitor the operational status of multiple motors within an industrial plant.The motor status monitoring system was designed with an independent power supply for ease of installation and maintenance.Ultimately,an experimental platform was established to perform functional tests on the designed monitoring system.The results show that the designed monitoring system is capable of acquiring the motor’s status information in real-time and with stability,thus verifying the system’s stability and reliability.The application of this system is beneficial for ensuring the safe operation of motors and maintaining the regular progression of production.
