数字普惠金融发展与基本公共服务均等化的空间交互效应——基于空间联立方程的实证检验

摘　　要：推进基本公共服务均等化是实现共同富裕的重要内容,数字普惠金融发展可以直接和间接地扩大基本公共服务供给。基于基本公共服务的空间溢出特性,分析数字普惠金融发展与基本公共服务均等化可能存在的空间交互作用机制;利用2011—2021年省级面板数据,通过空间联立方程等模型实证检验数字普惠金融发展与基本公共服务均等化的空间交互作用。结果发现:地区内部,数字普惠金融发展和基本公共服务均等化存在明显的正向互促效应。地区之间,数字普惠金融发展与基本公共服务均等化具有负向的空间交互效应,主要表现在邻近地区的基本公共服务均等化对本地数字普惠金融发展具有负向的空间溢出效应;同样地,邻近地区数字普惠金融发展对本地基本公共服务均等化也具有显著的负向空间溢出效应。据此,建议在着力推动本地数字普惠金融发展和基本公共服务均等化的同时,更应注重两者的区域协调发展,减少彼此具有的负向交互效应。Promoting the equalization of basic public services is an important aspect of achieving common prosperity.The development of digital inclusive finance can directly and indirectly expand the supply of basic public services.Based on the spatial spillover characteristics of basic public services,the potential spatial interaction mechanisms between the development of digital inclusive finance and the equalization of basic public services were analyzed.Using provincial panel data from 2011 to 2021,the spatial interactions between digital inclusive finance development and basic public service equalization were empirically tested through models such as spatial simultaneous equations.The results reveal that within regions,there is a significant positive mutual promotion effect between digital inclusive finance development and basic public service equalization.Between regions,however,there is a negative spatial interaction effect,mainly manifested in the negative spatial spillover effect of neighboring regions'basic public service equalization on local digital inclusive finance development.Similarly,the development of digital inclusive finance in neighboring regions also has a significant negative spatial spillover effect on local basic public service equalization.Based on these findings,it is recommended that while efforts should be made to promote local digital inclusive finance development and basic public service equalization,greater attention should be paid to the coordinated regional development of both,reducing the negative interaction effects between them.
