摘 要:在中试规模流化床热解反应器中进行了杨木的快速热解实验,重点研究分级冷凝系统对生物油品质的调控作用。采用两级冷凝加一级静电捕集的分级冷凝策略收集生物油,结果表明:静电捕集获得的生物油中酚类化合物占比显著提升(相对峰面积为30%~45%),而不稳定组分酸类、醛类的含量降低至5%和2%,热值提高至21.73 MJ/kg,较前两级冷凝获得的生物油的热值提升18%。通过分级冷凝实现了生物油组分的选择性富集,为生物油定向提质提供了理论参考。进一步分析了不同冷凝方式下生物油的理化特性差异,发现静电捕集获得的生物油具有更低的含水率(7.12%)和更高的能量密度。本研究验证了分级冷凝技术在中试规模流化床系统中的可行性,为生物质液体燃料的高值化利用提供了技术支撑。Fast pyrolysis experiments of poplar wood were conducted in a pilot-scale fluidized bed pyrolysis reactor,with a focus on studing the regulatory effect of a staged condensation system on the quality of bio-oil.The experiments employed a staged condensation strategy consisting of two-stage condensation followed by one-stage electrostatic collection to gather bio-oil.The results indicate that the proportion of phenolic compounds in the bio-oil obtained through electrostatic collection is significantly increased(relative peak area of 30%−45%),while the contents of unstable components such as acids and aldehydes are reduced to 5%and 2%,respectively.The heating value is enhanced to 21.73 MJ/kg,representing an 18%improvement compared to the bio-oil from the first two-stages of condensation.Selective enrichment of bio-oil components is achieved through staged condensation,providing a theoretical reference for the targeted upgrading of bio-oil.The physicochemical property differences of bio-oil under different condensation methods were further analyzed.It shows that the electrostatically collected bio-oil has a lower water content(7.12%)and a higher energy density.This research validates the feasibility of staged condensation technology in pilot-scale fluidized bed systems and provides technological support for the high-value utilization of biomass liquid fuels.
