摘  要:提出了一种基于可见光和红外联合检测的火焰温度场及气固组分体积分数同时重建的方法。首先,搭建了火焰图像检测实验平台,对21%O_(2),25%O_(2),30%O_(2)工况下的乙烯扩散火焰进行实验检测,利用高光谱相机、前置滤光片的短波红外相机和中波红外热像仪同时拍摄获取火焰图像;随后,通过检测得到的可见光波长下的辐射强度分布,重建得到火焰温度及烟黑体积分数分布,通过检测得到的红外波段下的辐射强度分布,结合水蒸气与二氧化碳对波长的选择吸收性,扣除烟黑在相应红外波段的辐射贡献后,重建得到火焰中水蒸气及二氧化碳的体积分数分布;最后,将温度检测结果与热电偶测温结果和模拟结果进行对比,误差在10%内;体积分数检测结果与文献中的结果及模拟结果基本相符。A method of simultaneous reconstruction of flame temperature field and gas-solid volume fraction based on the combined detection of visible and infrared wavelengths is proposed.Firstly,an experimental platform for flame image detection was built to test the ethylene diffusion flame in 21%O_(2),25%O_(2) and 30%O_(2) conditions.Flame images were captured simultaneously by hyperspectral camera,short wave infrared camera and medium wave infrared thermal imager with front filter.Then,the flame temperature and soot volume fraction distribution are reconstructed through the detected radiation intensity distribution at visible wavelengths.Through the detected radiation intensity distribution at infrared bands,combined with the selective absorption of water vapor and carbon dioxide to the wavelength,after deducting the radiation contribution of soot in the corresponding infrared bands,the volume fraction distribution of water vapor and carbon dioxide in the flame can be reconstructed.Finally,the temperature measurement results were compared with the thermocouple temperature measurement results and simulation results,and the error is within 10%.The results of volume fraction detection are basically consistent with those of literature and simulation.
