摘　　要：为了提升中医移动医疗APP的用户整体使用体验和满意度,文章聚焦于中医移动医疗APP的设计研究。对TAM模型和UTAUT模型进行了全面的梳理和阐述,并分析目前市场上已有的中医移动医疗APP现状,提出研究的假设,并据此构建了以TAM-UTAUT模型为基础的中医移动医疗APP用户接受度模型,采用量表问卷的方式广泛收集用户数据,利用结构方程模型进行深入分析,并依据模型分析所得出的结论,进而提出了针对性的设计策略,并进行设计实践。通过文章的研究以期能够为相关设计提供一定的参考。In order to improve the overall user experience and satisfaction of TCM mobile medical APP,this paper focuses on the design and research of TCM mobile medical APP.The TAM model and UTAUT model are comprehensively combed and elaborated,and the status quo of existing TCM mobile medical apps in the market is analyzed,the research hypothesis is proposed,and the user acceptance model of TCM mobile medical APP based on the TAM-Utaut model is built accordingly.The user data is widely collected by means of scale questionnaire,the structural equation model is used for in-depth analysis,and according to the conclusions obtained from the model analysis,the targeted design strategy is put forward,and the design practice is carried out.Through the research of this article,we hope to provide some reference for the relevant design.
