摘　　要：为给体验户外露营人群提供便利的露营装备租赁途径,文章通过对露营装备租赁APP的SWOT分析,精准定位市场,并根据用户旅程图、服务系统图及服务蓝图等服务设计的工具,优化露营租赁平台的服务体系,为露营用户打造能够租赁露营装备的专属平台,以此设计露营装备租赁APP。文章应用服务设计的思想和方法,以服务为优先级,解决露营设备服务流程缺陷问题,进而巩固露营的消费市场。In order to provide a convenient way to rent camping equipment for people who experience outdoor camping,this paper makes SWOT analysis of camping equipment rental APP,accurately locates the market,and optimizes the service system of camping rental platform according to service design tools such as user journey map,service system diagram and service blueprint,so as to create an exclusive platform for camping users to rent camping equipment.This design camping equipment rental APP.This paper applies the idea and method of service design,takes service as the priority,solves the problem of service process defect of camping equipment,and then consolidates the consumer market of camping.
