广西高校毕业生新就业形态问题分析——基于广西经济发展背景下的研究

摘　　要：新就业形态是以数字平台为基础的一种灵活就业模式。这种就业模式不仅推动了相关行业的快速发展,在当前就业形势严峻的背景下也为高校大学生开辟了更为广阔的就业空间,缓解了社会就业压力。然而,新就业形态下就业岗位的高度流动性使得大学生面临失业的风险相对增大,也带来了一定挑战。广西经济发展相对薄弱,数字经济发展水平与发达省份相比有较大差距。文章对广西经济发展情况进行分析,对高校毕业生新就业形态现状、存在的问题开展调查研究,从政府、高校和大学生方面提出相应措施及建议,以期推动高校毕业生在新就业形态下更高质量就业,助力地方经济发展。The new employment form is a flexible employment model based on digital platforms.This employment model has not only spurred the rapid development of related industries,but also,against the backdrop of the current severe employment situation,broadened the employment prospects for college students and alleviated social employment pressure.However,the high mobility of jobs under the new employment forms has relatively increased the risk of unemployment for college students and also posed certain challenges.Guangxi's economic development is relatively weak,and there is a significant gap between its digital economy development level and that of the surrounding developed provinces.This paper analyzes Guangxi's economic development situation,conducts research on the current situation and existing problems of college and university graduates'new employment forms,and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions from the aspects of policies,social security,colleges and college students,with the expectation of promoting higher-quality employment for college and university graduates under the new employment forms and contributing to local economic development.
