新媒体时代在常高校人才培养与新能源之都建设融合发展研究

摘　　要：信息时代背景下,以社交媒体、视频号、移动应用程序等为代表的新媒体对高校人才培养模式产生了重大影响。与此同时城市和地方高校在科研创新、经济发展、人才培养等方面存在着协同促进、联动发展的关系。2023年常州市人社局印发《关于助力新能源之都建设若干举措的通知》,聚焦新能源产业链助推打造引领长三角、辐射全国、全球有影响力的新能源之都,在常高校已经具备的专业体系将赋权高校以更具理性全面参与到城市的新能源之都建设中。基于新媒体时代下常州市新能源之都建设的背景,探讨高校与城市实现高质量融合发展的路径,为高校与城市实现互惠共生共享提供对策建议。In the context of the information age,new media represented by social media,video accounts,mobile applications have also had a significant impact on the talent cultivation models in universities.At the same time,there is a relationship of collaborative promotion and joint development between cities and local colleges and universities in terms of scientific research innovation,economic development,and talent cultivation.In 2023,the Changzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued the“Notice on Several Measures to Assist in the Construction of a New-energy Capital”,focusing on the new-energy industry chain to promote the building of a new-energy capital with influence in leading the Yangtze River Delta,radiating across the country and the global.The existing professional systems of universities in Changzhou will empower these universities more rationally and fully participate in the construction of the city's new-energy capital.Based on the background of the construction of Changzhou's new-energy capital in the new media era,this article explores the paths for high quality integrated development between universities and the city,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for colleges and universities and the city to achieve mutual benefit,coexistence and sharing.
