摘　　要：运用科学的知识图谱,探索我国安全文化研究现状与热点,明晰我国安全文化研究前沿态势和未来发展方向,为安全文化相关研究和创新应用提供参考依据。基于1994-2024年北大核心、CSSCI数据库有关安全文化的科学论文为研究对象,综合运用数据统计、知识图谱绘制和文献分析法,从演进脉络、研究热点和趋势3个方面分析安全文化领域的研究概况,研究发现:第一,安全文化研究紧随时代背景与国家政策方针,政策导向明显,研究范围从聚焦单一的核安全文化扩展到煤矿、化工、交通、医疗等高危行业;第二,伴随总体国家安全观的提出,安全文化研究热点可概括为不同领域的安全文化内涵及结构维度、发展脉络、影响因素、作用机理、评估、建设路径等方面;第三,研究趋势将围绕着安全文化各维度对安全行为、安全绩效等作用机理的研究。未来,学界将深入开展以定性与定量相结合为主的研究,体现为基于智能化技术的不同领域安全文化量表开发和评价、安全文化学科建设与发展、国家安全治理体系构建等,通过安全文化的深入建设和国际间的合作与交流的重视,共同推动安全生产和安全管理向更高水平发展。Using the scientific knowledge graph,this paper explores the current situation and hot spots of safety culture research in China,clarifies the frontier situation and future development direction of safety culture research in China,and provides reference for safety culture related research and innovative application.Based on the scientific papers related to safety culture in the core and CSSCI databases of Peking University from 1994 to 2024,this paper comprehensively uses data statistics,knowledge graph drawing and literature analysis to analyze the research overview in the field of safety culture from three aspects:evolution context,research hotspot and trend.The research findings are as follows:First,the research on safety culture follows the background of the era and the national policy guidelines,and the policy orientation is obvious.The research scope has expanded from focusing on a single nuclear safety culture to high-risk industries such as coal mining,chemical industry,transportation and medical treatment.Second,with the proposal of the overall national security concept,the research hotspots of safety culture can be summarized as the connotation,structural dimension,development context,influencing factors,action mechanism,evaluation and construction path of safety culture in different fields.Third,the research trend will focus on the study of the mechanism of safety behavior and safety performance from various dimensions of safety culture.In the future,the academic community will carry out in-depth research focusing on the combination of qualitative and quantitative,which is reflected in the development and evaluation of safety culture scales in different fields based on intelligent technology,the construction and development of safety culture disciplines,and the construction of national security governance system,etc.Through the in-depth construction of safety culture and the attention of international cooperation and exchange,we can jointly promote the development of safety production and safety manage
