摘　　要：基于分层回归分析方法,探讨影响河北省康养旅游产业客户满意度的关键因素。通过对产业资源环境优势、产业发展基础、产业服务创新力及产业可持续发展能力四个维度的分析,发现产业资源环境优势和产业发展基础对客户满意度具有显著正向影响,而产业服务创新力影响有限,产业可持续发展能力对客户满意度有长远影响。基于此,提出深度挖掘与整合康养旅游资源、加强基础设施建设与配套服务、推动服务创新与质量提升、强化可持续发展理念及加大政策扶持与宣传推广等建议,以期为河北省康养旅游产业的高质量发展提供参考。This study,employing hierarchical regression analysis,investigates the crucial factors influencing customer satisfaction in the healthcare tourism industry of Hebei province.Through the analysis of four dimensions:industrial resource and environmental advantages,industrial development foundation,industrial service innovation capacity,and industrial sustainable development capability,the study finds that both industrial resource and environmental advantages and industrial development foundation have a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction,while industrial service innovation capacity has limited influence.Furthermore,industrial sustainable development capability exerts a long-term impact on customer satisfaction.Based on these findings,the study recommends deepening the exploration and integration of healthcare tourism resources,enhancing infrastructure and supporting services,promoting service innovation and quality improvement,strengthening sustainable development concepts,and increasing policy support and promotion efforts.These suggestions aim to provide reference for the high-quality development of the healthcare tourism industry in Hebei province.
