摘 要:目的:针对门诊采血窗口拥挤、患者等待时间长的问题,优化采血流程,提升患者就医体验和检验科工作效率。方法:以某大型综合医院门诊采血点为研究对象,通过现场观察和实验室信息管理系统(LIS)采集2021年8月和11月的数据,分析采血流程中的资源配置、护士操作效率及标本转运情况。基于节拍时间调整窗口开放数量,并对护士进行标准化采血流程培训,同时增加标本转运频率。采用SPSS20.0进行数据分析。结果:通过优化资源配置,早高峰时段开放窗口数从2个增至4个,患者采血平均等待时间从13.6分钟降至8.7分钟,降低了36%。经过护士采血培训,护士采血时间从90秒降至80秒,效率提升了11.1%;患者采血平均等待时间进一步降至4.3分钟,降低了50.6%。增加标本转运频率后,标本从采血到接收的平均时间从55.6分钟降至45.0分钟,降低了19.1%。结论:基于节拍时间的资源配置优化、护士采血能力提升及标本转运频率增加,能有效缓解采血窗口拥挤现象,缩短患者等待时间,提升检验科工作效率。这些措施为大型医院门诊采血管理提供了可行的解决方案。Objective:To address the ssues of overcrowded blood collection windows and long patient waiting times,optimize the blood collection process,and improve patient experience and laboratory efficiency.Methods:The study focused on the outpatient blood collection point at a large general Hospital.Data from August and November 2021 were collected through on-site observations and the Laboratory Information Management System(LIS),analyzing resource allocation,nurse operational eficiency,and specimen transportation.The number of open windows was adjusted based on takt time,and nurses were trained in standardized blood collection procedures.Specimen transportation frequency was also increased.Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0.Results:By optimizing resource allocation,the number of open windows during the morning peak increased from 2 to 4,reducing the average patient waiting time from 13.6 minutes to 8.7 minutes,a 36%reduction.After training,nurse blood collection time decreased from 90 seconds to 80 seconds,improving efficiency by 11.1%,and further reducing patient waiting time to 4.3 minutes,a 50.6%reduction.Increasing specimen transportation frequency reduced the average time from blood collection to specimen reception from 55.6 minutes to 45.0 minutes,a 19.1%reduction.Conclusion:Optimizing resource allocation based on takt time,enhancing nurse blood collection capabilities,and increasing specimen transportation frequency effectively alleviate overcrowding at blood collection windows,shorten patient waiting times,and improve laboratory eficiency.These measures provide a feasible solution for outpatient blood collection management in large hospitals.
