甲羟孕酮联合甲硝唑与头孢曲松治疗子宫内膜炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察甲羟孕酮联合甲硝唑与头孢曲松治疗子宫内膜炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年12月至2023年12月该院收治的107例子宫内膜炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为研究组55例和对照组52例。对照组予以甲硝唑联合头孢曲松治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加甲羟孕酮治疗,两组均治疗3周。比较两组临床疗效,症状(下腹痛、白带异常、发热)消失时间,治疗前后炎性因子[基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.55%(52/55),高于对照组的80.77%(42/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组下腹痛、白带异常、发热等症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-4、MMP-9水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组IL-10水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲羟孕酮联合甲硝唑与头孢曲松治疗子宫内膜炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩短症状消失时间,改善炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯甲硝唑联合头孢曲松治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Medroxyprogesterone combined with Metronidazole and Ceftriaxone in treatment of patients with endometritis.Methods:The clinical data of 107 patients with endometritis admitted to this hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group(55 cases)and control group(52 cases).The control group was treated with Metronidazole combined with Ceftriaxone,while the study group was treated with Medroxyprogesterone on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of symptoms(lower abdominal pain,abnormal leucorrhea,fever),the levels of inflammatory factors[matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.55%(52/55),which was higher than 80.77%(42/52)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lower abdominal pain,abnormal leucorrhea and fever in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-4 and MMP-9 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of IL-10 in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Medroxyprogesterone combined with Metronidazole and Ceftriaxone in the treatment of the patients with endometritis can improve the total effective rate of treatment,shorten the symptom disappearance time,and impro
