脐灸联合推拿治疗肠易激综合征患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察脐灸联合推拿治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)患儿的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年4月该院收治的100例IBS患儿的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组给予常规西药(山莨菪碱+双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌)治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予脐灸联合推拿治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、胃肠激素(胃泌素、胃动素)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.00%(46/50),高于对照组的70.00%(35/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组腹痛、大便溏薄、身倦乏力、嗳气食少等中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃泌素、胃动素水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上采用脐灸联合推拿治疗IBS患儿可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分和胃肠激素水平,效果优于单用常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of umbilical moxibustion combined with massage in treatment of children with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods:The clinical data of 100 children with IBS admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine(Anisodamine+live combined Bifidobacterium and lactobacillus),while the study group was treated with umbilical moxibustion combined with massage on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome score,the gastrointestinal hormones(gastrin,motilin)levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 92.00%(46/50),which was higher than 70.00%(35/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as abdominal pain,loose stool,fatigue,belching and eating less in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of gastrin and motilin in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of conventional Western medicine,umbilical moxibustion combined with massage in the treatment of the children with IBS can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the scores of TCM syndromes and the gastrointestinal hormone levels.Moreover,it is superior to simple conventional Western medicine treatment.
