加味清眩降压汤联合常规西药治疗难治性高血压患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察加味清眩降压汤联合常规西药治疗难治性高血压患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年10月该院收治的80例难治性高血压患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(n=37)与观察组(n=43)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合加味清眩降压汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血管内皮功能指标[降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)]、肾功能指标[β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血尿素氮(BUN)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组的81.08%(30/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组ET-1水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组NO、CGRP水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Hcy、β2-MG、BUN水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味清眩降压汤联合常规西药治疗难治性高血压患者能提高治疗总有效率,改善血管内皮功能指标水平,以及降低肾功能指标水平,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Modified Qingxuan Jiangya decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of patients with refractory hypertension.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with refractory hypertension admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=37)and observation group(n=43).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Qingxuan Jiangya decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of vascular endothelial function indexes[calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),vascular endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)]and renal function indexes[β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),homocysteine(Hcy),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 81.08%(30/37)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of ET-1 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the levels of NO and CGRP in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of Hcy,β2-MG and BUN in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Modified Qingxuan Jiangya decoction combined with conventional Western medicine can improve the total
