血清Visfatin、sCD163、MMP-9水平联合检测对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者治疗效果的预测价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清内脂素(Visfatin)、可溶性血红蛋白清道夫受体163(sCD163)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平联合检测对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者治疗效果的预测价值。方法:回顾性分析2021年12月至2023年12月该院收治的129例冠心病UAP患者的临床资料,根据8周后的治疗效果将其分为有效组(n=91)和无效组(n=38)。比较两组血清Visfatin、sCD163、MMP-9水平,分析血清Visfatin、sCD163、MMP-9水平与冠心病UAP患者治疗效果的相关性,并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析血清Visfatin、sCD163、MMP-9水平单项及联合检测对冠心病UAP患者治疗无效的预测价值。结果:无效组血清Visfatin、sCD163、MMP-9水平均高于有效组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果显示,血清Visfatin、sCD163、MMP-9水平与冠心病UAP患者治疗效果均呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清Visfatin、sCD163、MMP-9水平单项及联合检测预测冠心病UAP患者治疗无效的曲线下面积分别为0.781、0.822、0.805、0.922,且联合检测预测价值高于三者单项检测。结论:血清Visfatin、sCD163、MMP-9水平联合检测对冠心病UAP患者治疗无效的预测价值高于三者单项检测。Objective:To investigate predictive value of combined detection of serum Visfatin,soluble hemoglobin scavenger receptor 163(sCD163)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)levels in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)of coronary heart disease.Methods:The clinical data of 129 patients with UAP of coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment effects after 8 weeks,they were divided into effective group(n=91)and ineffective group(n=38).The levels of serum Visfatin,sCD163 and MMP-9 were compared between the two groups.The correlations among the serum Visfatin,sCD163,MMP-9 levels and the therapeutic effects of the UAP patients with coronary heart disease were analyzed.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value of single and combined detection of the serum Visfatin,sCD163 and MMP-9 levels in the UAP patients with coronary heart disease.Results:The levels of serum Visfatin,sCD163 and MMP-9 in the ineffective group were higher than those in the effective group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the serum Visfatin,sCD163 and MMP-9 levels were negatively correlated with the therapeutic effects of the UAP patients with coronary heart disease(r<0,P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the curve of single and combined detection of serum Visfatin,sCD163 and MMP-9 levels in the prediction of the ineffective treatment of the UAP patients with coronary heart disease were 0.781,0.822,0.805 and 0.922,separately,and the predictive value of combined detection was higher than that of single detection.Conclusions:The predictive value of combined detection of the serum Visfatin,sCD163 and MMP-9 levels in the UAP patients with coronary heart disease is higher than that of the three single detections.
