社会工作者提升养老社区新入住老人适应性的服务方案研究

摘　　要：随着我国老龄化程度加深,独生子女家庭养老负担不断加重,将老人送入养老社区成为一种可行的解决方案。然而,老人在入住养老社区后容易产生一些身心问题。针对此情况,社会工作者可以发挥作用,通过了解老人需求、联系资源等方式满足其物质和心理需求。本文基于马斯洛需求理论、埃里克森发展理论和理性情绪治疗模式等,参考国外如英国社区整合照顾模式及国内的一些经验,以A养老社区为研究对象,运用访谈、实地调研等方法,提出一套具体可行的服务方案,以期为我国养老社区社会工作提供实践指导和理论支持。With the deepening of aging in China,the burden of elderly care in one-child families is increasing,and it is a feasible solution to send the elderly into the elderly care community.However,the elderly are prone to some physical and mental problems after staying in the elderly care community.In view of this situation,the social workers can play a role in meeting the material and psychological needs of the elderly by understanding their needs and contacting resources.Based on Maslow’s demand theory,Erickson’s development theory and rational emotional therapy model,this paper referred to foreign countries such as the British community integrated care model and some domestic experience,took the A elderly care community as the research object,and used interviews,field research and other methods to put forward a set of specific and feasible service solutions,in order to provide practical guidance and theoretical support for the social work in the elderly care communities in China.
