摘　　要：当前中国式现代化的发展优势,与构建中国话语和中国叙事体系大势所趋的话语方位、建设社会主义文化强国必须以创新宣传思想文化工作话语体系为深厚支撑的话语使命和宣传思想文化工作话语体系研究呈现新风貌的话语自信,构成了创新宣传思想文化工作话语体系的现实要求。新时代创新宣传思想文化工作的话语体系,应以习近平的宣传艺术为引导,推进宣传思想文化工作话语内容的理论创新,做到言之有理;应转变宣传思想文化工作话语语境的方法创新,做到言之有方;应优化宣传思想文化工作话语风格的解读创新,做到言之有趣。The current development advantages of Chinese-style modernization and the actual disadvantages of constructing an international discourse system seriously contradict the discourse orientation,To build a strong socialist cultural country,it is necessary to innovate the discourse system of propaganda ideological and cultural work as the profound support of the discourse mission and the discourse self-confidence of the research on the discourse system of propaganda ideological and cultural work showing a new style,which constitute the realistic requirements of the innovation of the discourse system of propaganda ideological and cultural work.To innovate the discourse system of propaganda ideological and cultural work in the new era,we should promote the theoretical innovation of the discourse content of propaganda ideological and cultural work under the guidance of Xi Jinping propaganda art.We should change the method innovation of the discourse context of the propaganda ideological and cultural work,so as to do the right thing.We should optimize the interpretation and innovation of the discourse style of propaganda ideological and cultural work,and make the words interesting.
